7) Adjust the computer’s video resolution as necessary to improve the

image’s readability and clarity.

Note: It is very helpful to have the computer software cued prior to beginning the

presentation.

Adjust the playback volume to a comfortable level with the “VOLUME” button, or

by using the computer’s volume control function.
