Troubleshooting
The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If
further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service
representative.
AAS Troubleshooting
TROUBLE POSSIBLE CAUSE(S) CORRECTIVE ACTION
Device does not
function.
No power supplied to
unit.
Supply proper power.
Room or group is muted
or disabled.
Turn off mute function or
enable the room/group.
Volume is turned down.
Raise volume to an audible
level.
Sound is not
heard.
Speakers are not
properly connected.
Verify speaker connections.
Improper Software
Update Settings.
Ensure that the Software
Update Settings are correct
for your installation.
Cannot connect to
download and
install updates.
Incorrect network or
Ethernet settings.
Ensure that the network and
Ethernet settings are correct
for your installation.
Cannot save
albums or tracks.
Disk full.
Check Disk Space under
System Information. The
number listed there is the
remaining disk space.
Cannot set up
NAS option.
Incorrect firmware
version.
Update the AAS with the
latest firmware.
Cannot connect to
the NAS array.
Incorrect network path
or IP address specified.
Enter the correct network
path or IP address.
